Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation/date.


If for any reason you need to cancel your order, you must do so 48 hours in advance to receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund. Otherwise, you will be given a credit to schedule on a different day based on availability.


Yard greetings are typically delivered and set up after 7 pm and removed after 7pm the following day. For schools we typically take down after school releases. Delivery, set up and take down of the yard greeting are all included in the price. If this is a gift, please make sure to let homeowners know we will be setting up in their yard.

Yard Maintenance

Please have the sprinkler systems turned OFF for the duration of the sign rental. If you have a LAWN CREW coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up, as grass clippings, weed wackers and chemicals damage the signs.

During the winter months, please have the area where we will park and where the signs will be installed cleared of any snow. Please note we cannot install signs on frozen ground.

Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, rain, snow, high winds and any other Act of God that would put us, our clients or our lawn display in harm's way. We will first attempt to reschedule, if that is not possible you will be given a full refund.

Rush Orders

We want to meet your yard card needs. Same day deliveries will be based on availability and will be charged a $20 rush fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds will not be given based on the following:

  • If homeowner or business requests signs to be removed.
  • If wrong address is provided while booking.
  • If we are denied access to a gated community.
  • If HOA prevents installation of display.
  • If any animals prevent the display from being set up.
  • Any circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display, that are out of our control. ​

Damages Policy

  • The person placing the order will be invoiced for missing or damaged lawn display items.


By placing an order/booking with Amaze by Design, you agree to all policies stated above.

Safety Policy

For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on it. Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display.

Greeting Conduct Policy

Yard cards are fun in nature and meant to add to your occasion. We WILL NOT do any greetings that contain lewd, disrespectful language that are not positive in nature.

Care Policy

  • We ask that you take pride in your lawn display and treat it with respect.
  • Please do not move the items.
  • Please do not throw lawn display items in the garbage or vandalize our signs. Even if you do not like the display gift given to you, these items ARE our property and business. It is best to notify the honoree to not harm the display, as you are still responsible for it. Contact us immediately to remove the display.
  • Please protect our inventory from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, dogs, etc. Contact with string trimmers may cause damage as well.
  • Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display. Balloons get hot in the sun. If a hot balloon blows against our signs, our sign may become damaged.
  • If you have a LAWN CREW coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up.

Yard Preparation & Liability

Please water your yard in the days leading up to your delivery if it has not rained in several days. If the customer is not able to water their yard and the ground is hard, Amaze by Design may drill a small 1/4" hole 6" to 12" deep in the customer's yard. Customer agrees to this procedure upon payment of service and will NOT hold Amaze by Design liable for any damage (ie. broken sprinkler line).

Hold Harmless Agreement

Customer agrees to protect, defend, indemnify Amaze by Design and hold its officers, employees and agents free and harmless from and against any and all losses, penalties, damages, settlements, costs, charges, professional fees or other expenses or liabilities of every kind and character arising out of relating to any and all claims, liens, demands, obligations, actions, proceedings or causes of action of every kind and character in connection with or arising directly or indirectly out of the Amaze by Design rental agreement and/or performance thereof. The customer futher agrees to investigate, handle, respond to, provide defense for any such claims, etc, at his sole expense and agrees to bear all other costs and expenses related thereto, even if it (claims, etc). is groundless, false or fraudulent. The agreement is in effect for the duration of the rental process as defined by the effective dates of the rental agreement. The payment of the invoice indicates acceptance of this Hold Harmless Agreement.
